We’d love for you to still experience a holiday at one of our resorts, but we do understand that you may not be able to simply rebook new dates right now.
So simply claim your credit voucher for the amount you have paid (to date) for your holiday. You can redeem this against a break later in the year, when the situation is brighter and you are more certain of your travel plans.
We'll provide you with a holiday credit voucher to the value of what you paid so far for your holiday. This means that you don’t have to choose your replacement holiday dates right at this moment, you are free to rebook your stay for any time up until 31 December 2021 but you need to book this by 31 December 2020 to get it in the diary. The credit will stay on your holiday account with us until you choose to rebook.
The important bit, you need to know… our T&Cs
- You need to rebook a new date before 31 December 2020 for a holiday arriving before 31 December 2021.
- The holiday must be rebooked in your name only. The credit is non-transferrable/non-refundable.
- The new holiday amount must be at least equal to the credit as no refund can be given if the balance is not used in one transaction/ holiday booking.
- This credit voucher is only valid for bookings until 31 December 2021. All credit vouchers not redeemed before 31 December 2021 will be lost and the outstanding balance forfeit.
